Our goal is to provide professional auto glass installation backed by dependable
service and a warranty you can trust.

Workmanship Warranty

Every auto glass installation performed by atrautoglass.com is backed by our
Lifetime Workmanship Warranty.

This warranty covers defects in the installation or workmanship performed by
our technicians for as long as you own the vehicle.

Examples of covered workmanship issues may include:

  • Water leaks resulting from improper installation
  • Excessive wind noise caused by installation
  • Loose or improperly installed moldings or trim
  • Improper bonding of the installed glass
  • Other installation-related defects determined to be the result of our workmanship

If a covered workmanship issue occurs, we will inspect the installation and,
if determined to be covered under this warranty, repair or reinstall the glass
at no charge.

Manufacturer’s Glass Warranty

Replacement glass is manufactured by third-party manufacturers.
Any defects in the glass itself are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty,
subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

Manufacturer defects may include:

  • Optical distortion
  • Lamination defects
  • Manufacturing imperfections

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will work with the manufacturer
to replace the affected glass in accordance with the applicable warranty.

ADAS Calibration

When Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) calibration is performed as part
of your service, we warrant that the calibration was completed using appropriate
equipment and procedures available at the time of service.

Vehicle owners are responsible for maintaining their vehicles according to the
manufacturer’s recommendations after service is completed.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or conditions including:

  • Rock chips or impact damage after installation
  • Accidents or collisions
  • Vandalism or theft
  • Acts of nature, including hail, falling objects, floods, earthquakes, or severe weather
  • Vehicle frame damage or body flex
  • Rust or corrosion around the mounting surface
  • Pre-existing damage to the vehicle
  • Damage caused by another repair facility
  • Normal wear and aging of moldings or trim
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or improper vehicle maintenance

Warranty Limitations

This warranty applies only to workmanship performed by atrautoglass.com.
It does not extend the manufacturer’s warranty on replacement glass or any
other vehicle components.

This warranty becomes void if the installed glass is removed, modified,
or repaired by another party prior to inspection by atrautoglass.com.

Our maximum responsibility under this warranty shall be limited to repairing
or reinstalling the affected workmanship issue. This warranty does not cover
incidental, consequential, or indirect damages to the extent permitted by law.

Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe you have a warranty issue, please contact us as soon as reasonably
possible after discovering the problem.

Please be prepared to provide:

  • Your name
  • Date of service
  • Vehicle information
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos, if available

Warranty inspections may be required before repairs are authorized.
